Three 30-minute private sessions over three months Focused check-ins to:
- Refine your priorities
- Troubleshoot what’s not working
- Adjust supplements, food strategies, or routines as needed
Ongoing portal access Your Notion portal continues to evolve with you — updated action steps, notes, and resources as we go
Email support between sessions For brief questions or clarifications that don’t require a full appointment
Plan refinement as life happens Travel, stress, schedule changes, symptoms shifting — we adapt your blueprint to real life
